Do you own an iphone but, have little knowledge how to use it? Do you frequently find yourself frustrated because you don't have the knowledge to make it respond the way you want? If this sounds like you, don't worry! There are a number of tricks that you can learn for your iphone.

If you are like most iPhone owners, you love taking photos with the device. However, would you like to have the option to preview the picture you just took? You can by following this simple procedure. After you take the photo, start on the left of the screen and drag your finger to the right. This will show you a preview of the last picture you took.

There are some great educational apps for children available if you have an iphone. There are also some great games to entertain your children, and some of the games are also educational. If your child needs extra help with math, reading or science, check out which apps are available for his age and grade level.

Utilize the contacts' section of your iPhone to organize all of your friends and family. This is very important as you can alphabetize all of your contacts and also include a lot of information pertaining to each contact. Furthermore, on the contact's screen, you are able to click on a name and call or text, them immediately.

Lock your screen, if you need to. If your iphone seems to have trouble determining whether it's up or down, try locking your screen. The constant shift between portrait and landscape can get rather frustrating. By going into your settings or, sometimes, by just checking the bottom of your screen, you can lock your phone's screen to one or the other.

If you need to write an email or document in all caps on the iPhone, simply tap the shift key twice to lock it. This is similar to how you would set the caps lock on any standard keyboard. You can then write your document in all caps easily without having to continuously tap the shift key over and over again.

If you are always missing the best photos due to too many iPhone button pushes to get to the camera, get used to accessing the camera via the iPhone's lock screen. Simply slide your finger up on the camera icon and your photo application will immediately open. No more five button pushes and wasted seconds!

Otter boxes or other heavy-duty cases are highly recommended for your iphone, especially if you have children. These cases are shockproof in case that you drop it, or it gets tossed around. It can also protect the screen if you use a screen protector, from scratches, dirt and dust doing damage to it.

Isn't it fascinating going over everything the iphone has to offer. WIth all of the technology the phone is coming out with on a yearly basis, it is no surprise that this phone has remained the number one phone on the planet the past decade. Grab yours today and brag to your friends about the great phone you have.
