Maybe you have been searching for happiness and you don't have any idea where to start with. Here we are going to discuss some tips where you may start searching.

First of all, you should know that your are your own happiness and sadness therefore what you do you are responsible for it.

Another thing to make yourself happy will be making someone else happy or smile. Smile help in increasing the immune system, increase the rate of blood circulation. Someone who smiles feels younger.

Taking preparative walks also helps to easy your mind. Being a form of exercise, walking burns your calories and increase the blood circulation as well as brain function.

It will be a good idea also to start eating foods from plants such as vegetables and fruits. These foods have less calories on them and therefore will make you feel rejuvenated and full of energy.

Trying to read something also is a good idea since this activity tend to make you focus on the topics and less focus on the things which leads to your unhappiness.

Sharing also is a source of finding happiness. They say that talking is a half way to problem solution therefore if you communicate with your trusted friend who are there for us make the problem less bigger.

Also spend some times with a parson who is over 70 years of age or a child who is less than 6 years of age. The wisdom you will find in the old person will cheer you up and appreciate life. The honest and simplicity of a child will bring a basket full of joy.

Also try playing more games. These will make you think rational and take decisions statistically and also increase the form of communication.

For the last one, just get know what life is all about and enjoy the ride. You should leave the regrets aside and make sure that you live to the maximum.
