Buying a TV is one task that you really can not afford to go wrong with. With the development of new television options and varieties, choosing which TV to buy becomes even more and more tasking for any buyer. Here are some steps that can help you narrow down your choice of TV to the best buy TV available and affordable.

1. Choose the TV size you want: The first thing you should decide on is the size of TV you want to buy. This is as important as having a nice viewing experience. Shopping for a TV that is too big will mere your optimal viewing experience, while a TV that is too small will only cause eye strain. Therefore, for you to enjoy your TV, you need to make sure it's the right size. A viewing distance calculator will help you decide the right TV size to buy (just google "Viewing Distance Calculator").

2. Choose the Type: The type of TV you're buying is the next thing to consider. Basically, there are five types of TV: these are the direct view TV, the rear projectors, the front projectors, the LCD TV, and the Plasma TV. Each of these types has its own uniqueness, and what they are good for.

3. Choose the Brand: There are many different brands of TV in the market today. Some of these brands are well known while others are not. When purchasing a TV, my advice is to stick to the best brands of TV. TV shoppers know that they are the best because they are well known for their quality and reliability.

4. Choose the model: The model of TV you want to buy is the next thing you need to consider after deciding on the size, type and brand of TV. All you need to do is to look for models of TV within your chosen brand, which have the size you've chosen, and are the type you prefer. This will enable you narrow your choices down to the best choices.

5. Get to the Store: Its either you're buying online or offline (in a store). In terms of which offers the best prices, online stores do. However, whether you're online or offline, you need to bear in mind that each one has its ups and downs.
