Comcast Double Play - Great Deals To Help You Save

By Abe Michaels

It's absolutely wonderful when we can save money - in any economy. But when we can get more while paying less - now, that's a deal!

Comcast figured that out and presented us with their new Double Play feature. Since Comcast has quite an array of choices from which to choose, customers might have a tough time even figuring out which two package options would be best!

Their original product offering, cable TV, was the perfect platform on which to build a comprehensive selection of consumer oriented products to compete with other local companies. They successfully rolled out HD television, digital telephone service, and high speed internet which produces speeds faster than their competitors' DSL connections.

What else could you possibly need? On top of these high quality well priced package plans, there is no long term contract to sign, technicians can be to your house usually within two days (for most services), and they have an incredible maintenance plan for $2. 99 a month which covers all equipment repairs and service calls.

Order the best Comcast Double Play deals and save alot more money.

Their most popular package for the Double Play is their cable TV and internet service, both of which are available in almost all their covered areas of service. If you want to take advantage of one of their HD packages, that's extra, but with the savings already built into this deal, the HD services are really no big drain on the budget starting at $9. 99 a month for the HD box. (Ask for special discounts when you sign up; they frequently have deals that are not advertised and can only be purchased through one of their customer service or sales reps.)

If you are one of the unlucky consumers who got suckered into a long term contract with one of those satellite TV companies, you may want to consider the other options for your Double Play: Internet and digital telephone. (You may also want to do yourself a favor and pay off this other company and sign on with Comcast for better pricing, better service, and better reception.) In any case, try the phone and Internet - you won't be sorry. Just be aware that these two services run on the same cables, so if one goes out, they both go out. Interruption is minimal; in many cases you never even know about it.

For those who use wireless connections, you may want to sign up for the TV and telephone Double Play. The digital phone service isn't available in all areas quite yet, but it's worth the wait. The sound quality is incredible, far superior to the old fashioned telephone lines in use since the turn of the last century!
