The Blackberry PlayBook Vs. The Apple IPad: An Instant Comparison For Upcoming Insurance Concerns

By Ian West

If you are a real BB geek then it is almost impossible that you haven't already heard about the PlayBook and its unveiling this week and how it aims to stomp the iPad in the market. If there was ever an obvious intent to attack a competition then this is a classic sample of it.

The actual primary functions being highlighted in the brand-new Blackberry PlayBook are the exact so called flaws of the Apple iPad and you couldn't be more right to say that if somebody was already planning to purchase a tablet PC and he/she hears about these so called ipad tablet "weaknesses" they would be all ears to what the competition has to offer before you spend your money. And for those who are picky, these are choices that will definitely grab their awareness. Let's offer a quick summary of what the brand new PlayBook commercial is concentrating on in comparison to its competitor the Apple iPad:

Multitasking - this is the very first feature they emphasize and we all know that the iPad can't do multitasking. If I were a geek about listening to music while working on some documents (like me) I would rather chose the PlayBook.

Business driving - with no cameras, the iPad does lose some business driving potential especially now that majority of business rely on webinars and online meetings. The PlayBook has 2 cams, one 3 MP front facing and 5MP on the rear. (what were Apple engineers thinking?)

Flash Loving - right now this is a true big deal as the iPad does not have flash support! We all know the reasons why Apple would not put flash in the iPad so lets stop adding insult to injury. It does crash our browser sometimes but hey, flash is not going anywhere soon and Apple must have looked at that.

App Rockin - now I don't know about you, but I do not want to have any more jailbreaks just to have some app operating on my tablet pc, I'm just done with it.

These are just a summery and we can expect to know more as the actual BB PlayBook lands in our hands for a review soon. And when it comes to the insurance industry, what do we have to say? Right now, blackberry insurance is almost the same number of purchases that of the iPhone. This means BB geek or Apple geek, these people both take their gadgets seriously.

Complete blackberry insurance protects the owner from theft and loss and will guarantee a replacement when the phone is damaged accidentally as long as it falls within the terms and conditions. Our clients will expect the same level of cover when we start covering the PlayBook as well.

9Whether you chose the iPad or the newly released PlayBook, if you are already a BB enthusiast then if you have comprehensive insurance for blackberry you should expect no less as well when you do own the PlayBook. But for now, let's wait, see and freely compare these 2 warring gadgets battling it out for the top spot which is in the palm of our hands.
