The Role Of War Command In The Army

By Cathy Mercer

Some of the things we define have positive definitions because of that unique aspect they portray to us. In this case, war command being a function that has to be exercised time to time more or less continuously is one of the things I can give this positive definition. This is because the few functions related to it can be carried out by the army are beneficial since they are related to respect, existence and also operations.

Control can arise and vary with either size, complexity or also the differentiation of an army. At the comparison of a hundred-man army and a one-man army, the one-man army does not require authority like that of the hundred-man army. An army that would be working under a solid entity of men would be easier to control. A force can be subdivided into several units despite its size. However, coordination of the subunits would be difficult.

The role of authority should make work easier by making sure that all the things needed in an army are available. Some of these things can include food, sanitary services, and also system justice among others. This role increases only with the sophistication of forces, and these forces make it possible to account for the attention paid to the role. Once all these aspect can be determined, carrying out responsibilities becomes possible, and the army can relate to facts that are of importance to them. Some of these facts include the amount of death on the enemy and also damages caused and enabling them to be time cautious and ensure there is the minimum or no loss to itself.

Responsibilities are an ability to determine what is true from what is a false, relevant thing from irrelevant, material from immaterial. In this case, authoritative responsibilities can be subdivided into two sectors. They can be determined as functional related and output related responsibilities. There are qualities that make an ideal control system, and they include the ability to gather information accurately, fast, comprehensively, and selectively.

Outcomes of a given situation determine a lot and also enables predictions of the progress to be expected. Some of the benefits of this role is that some skills like coordination, peace and harmony among people, management skills and also respect can be established.

We have stated the positive side of an authoritative structure, and there is also a negative side to it. Some of the things that come up where there is leadership and management can be issues of misunderstandings which can be the cause of a lot of damage and destruction to the society and also individual lives. Commanders also make wrong choices to decisions, which is an aspect everyone should understand. Lack of understanding and anger management methods can make it difficult to relate. Communication is extremely valuable.

Systems of command can be differentiated and determined into other ways, which enables the problems approachable. Tactics used to deal with qualities like complexity increase, attention given to the responsibilities, emphasis of the command process, and also the strength and weaknesses determine the nature of command.

The way commanders manage an army determines whether it is going to have a positive outcome or not. War command is the motivation for an army that is organized, nonetheless, it can potentially be the down fall of an army. Management is a crucial aspect and the commanders should value it. War can bring out good in people, and it can also bring unfavorable outcomes.
